|DELIVERY INFORMATION, SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is important that you read the information below and our service terms as you would be required to accept them to complete a purchase on our website.
Our terms & conditions are NOT limited to those stated below and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Part 1a:All orders are processed within 24hours of the order being placed (i.e within 1 working day, if bought before 6pm on the day of purchase) or same day** where possible.
Decorative acrylic toppers, wood toppers and all laser cut products require 48 hours to process and dispatch.
Any orders placed on Friday & over the weekend may not be posted until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
We may not be able to dispatch your order within this time frame if:
i - It is purchased after 6pm on the day of purchase (Mon. to Thu.). You can email us to confirm if this is the case.
ii - There is an issue with your order e.g you have not sent us the image(s) to print, you didn't provide ALL necessary information to avoid issues with your order etc
iii - You have made a bulk purchase which may require much more time to process
iv - If we have announced any technical or maintenance schedule which will cause delays to our dispatch timeframe.
Part 1b:All toppers are sent via Royal mail and should arrive within 1-3 working days within the UK. This however isn't guaranteed and is only an estimate that falls within the usual delivery timescales.
We have absolutely no control over the actual delivery schedule of Royal mail as you would appreciate. Sometimes although rarely, post may be delayed or held at the post office and can take a little longer to arrive.
So, kindly order in plenty of time for your item(s) to arrive. Our toppers have a long shelf life.
Part 1c:All edible toppers will be packaged in zip lock bags and placed in A4 or A5 'Please Do Not Bend' cardboard envelopes to protect them and greatly reduce any chance of damage in transit.
Ribbons will be placed directly in the envelope with the topper(s) and shipped, even if bought alone.
Part 2:PLEASE NOTE: If the edible topper size is not selected by you to required size, the default size (2.13" for cupakes, 3.7 x 2.4" for notes or A4 for large sizes) will be printed and sent out. This can't be changed once we dispatch & a confirmation email sent, once your item(s) has been printed.
Toppers are printed on full topper sheets and are NOT pre-cut, except where you pay for the optional pre-cut service.
Where this is added and paid for, any 2.13" will be pre-cut to 2.0". This is the largest available size for cupcakes. See our frequently asked questions page for more information & about our optional pre-cut topper service.
Colours may vary slightly i.e may be darker or lighter, from the images shown (or sent) due to the printing process and or the medium (wafer paper or sugar paste) on which they are being printed.
Part 3:WE ARE ONLY COVERED TO SEND ITEMS TO THE PAYPAL REGISTERED ADDRESS SENT TO US SO, IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE ALL DELIVERY/SECONDARY ADDRESS(ES) ARE REGISTERED ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT & YOU SELECT WHICH ADDRESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEM SENT TO.
Part 4:Once your payment confirmation has been received by us, we will dispatch your order within 1 working day (2 working days for all laser cut decorative toppers) if purchased before 6pm.
Please allow 1 working day for ALL edible topper orders to be printed and dispatched, irrespective of delivery service option selected (including our guaranteed next day service).
Orders which have been placed
on Friday and over the weekend MAY NOT be dispatched until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Consider paying for next day service if you need the item(s) urgently. The complimentary shipping option MAY NOT be quick enough if item(s) is required quickly.
99% of our UK customers will attest to receiving their items within 1 - 3 days of making a purchase.
In the unlikely event items don't arrive on time, you must wait 15 working days before claiming on a missing item, and 20 working days for International orders.
It is only after this timeframe that Royal mail will consider it as missing and we can file a claim and send out a replacement.
Standard delivery and airmail only includes £20 insurance cover, so if you order is over £20 in value then we strongly recommend you send your order with a special delivery option which includes up to £500 insurance cover.
Items should arrive within the following timescales. However, we can NOT guarantee this on
behalf of Royal mail. Therefore please allow plenty of time for delivery.
You should receive a dispatch confirmation email once your item(s) has been printed.***
UK First Class Delivery (1-3 days, no tracking)
All toppers are currently being sent via Royal mail standard 1st class service should arrive within 1-3 working days. Please, allow for more time where bank holidays and or weekends are within this timeframe.
This delivery option can NOT be tracked.
If you required any of the other postage options below, please contact us and we'll send an invoice for the difference.
UK Signed For Delivery (currently only available on request)
1 to 2 working days - For those requiring item to be handed to a person and signed for to ensure receipt & should arrive within 1-2
working days. Please, allow for more time where bank holidays and or weekends are within this timeframe. This
delivery option can be tracked.
Saturday Special Delivery (currently only available on request)
You must order before 6pm on Thursday for your order to be dispatched on Friday, which is the next working day and to arrive on Saturday (between 8am -1pm). Cost may increase, depending on the weight of your final order. Tracking available and insured up to £500.
Special Delivery (currently only available on request)
starts from £7.00 (Mon. - Wed.) for Friday delivery (item(s) must be purchased by Wednesday NOT Thursday. Please note that we will not post on the same day of purchase as we require 1 day to process order).
You must order by 6pm for your order to be dispatched the next working day & arrive the day after that.
This delivery option does not include weekends or bank holidays. Your order will arrive 1 working day after that. So for example, if you order by 6pm Monday, your order will be dispatched next day and arrive on Wednesday. Cost may increase, depending on the weight of your final order. This option is also for urgent and high value orders and is insured up to £500. Tracking also available.
NOTE: Kindly contact us before purchase IF you're selecting this delivery option and require the item delivered the next day after purchase.
This is simply because we normally require 1 day to process all orders but may be able to accomodate and expedite your order.
If not, it would be sent by next day service the following day after purchase.
Laser Cut Acrylic & Wood Only (UK) 3-5 days (tracked) - from FREE (for a limited). This timescale includes the 48 hours required to process the order(s). A fixed standard fee would be applied per item after the promotional period.
The international delivery timescale for these items will be in the region of 5 to 10 days.
Europe/International Standard Delivery (Not tracked, 7-12 days) - cost depends on your final order.
Europe deliveries may take less & USA deliveries can take up to this to arrive. These are working days & is only an estimate. Orders dispatched to Europe/U.S are sent via Royal mail, except parcels which are sent via Parcelforce. (There is a maximum weight for the Royal mail service of 2kg and the dimensions of the box cannot add up to more than 90cm i.e Height + Length + Width). We will contact you if this happens and your order has to be sent via Parcelforce.
International Express Delivery service* also available. Contact us for details.
Europe/International Delivery (tracked, 5-7* days) - starts from £10.50, and then increases to a limit, depending on weight your final order.
You will receive a tracking code & link to track your item(s). Orders are sent via Royal mail, except parcels which are sent via Parcelforce. (Maximum weight & package height restrictions also apply).
*Delivery to Australia can take up to 10 working days.

We understand you can have a change of heart after completing checkout and may want to cancel.
Simply contact us immediately
after the purchase via the email your purchase confirmation was sent to you, to be refunded.
We will acknowledge your order cancellation request and then process the cancellation for a full refund.
It can take up to 48 hours for the money to be refunded to you.
However, we may decline an order cancellation if reasonable time has passed since the order was made and we have committed resources (including time) to processing the order as this would otherwise mean we would incur a loss, as you would appreciate.
We definitely can not cancel and will NOT refund once we have printed the topper(s).
This will also be the case once we have sent you an email confirming that your order is being processed irrespective of the timing.
This is because we are constantly processing orders during the course of the day and the volume or lack thereof will affect or determine how quickly we deal with your order, even though we say it takes 1 working day to do so as this is a guide.
***Edible toppers only. This is an automated service. Even though email is sent, it may not always get delivered or may be routed to your spam folder in some cases. Hence, this in NOT a confirmation benchmark.
